Direct Mail Design

As part of our direct mail piece design package, we will translate the direct mail campaign concept into a professional design and artwork to communicate the message whilst building your brand at the same time.

If you already know that you need a mail piece similar to a flyer, leaflet or brochure format, you can purchase the relevant design package in our "Collateral Design" section.

This service includes:

• In depth telephone consultation time. We will also advise you on suitable mail piece formats and finishes based on amount of copy, your brand, the message and your production budget
• Professional and completely bespoke design to best communicate the message/ call to action whilst reinforcing your brand
• If not already existent, we will choose the best suited fonts for your direct mail piece
• If not already existent, we will choose a colour scheme in line with your brand strategy
• Professional photo retouching of any supplied photos where necessary
• Selection of highly suitable additional photography that may become necessary - we have access to millions of cost-effective royalty-free stock photos. We will always consult you first and charge you at cost price for such stock imagery
• Professional photo editing and manipulation to blend any photos in with the direct mail piece design
• Custom creation of relevant illustrative elements (for very complex illustrations you will also need to purchase our illustration package or we may be able to buy in suitable and cost-effective stock illustrations)
• Basic proof-reading/ corrections and re-arrangement of provided copy if necessary to really make the direct mail piece communicate the intended message/ call to action
• Generation of professional design and artwork
• Up to two rounds of changes if deemed necessary
• Provision of high-res print-ready pdf artwork
• Please note that if extensive bespoke illustrations, bespoke photography, copywriting or translation services are necessary, you will need to purchase the relevant services separately
• N.B. This package covers the design of 1 direct mail piece, if your campaign consists of several different looking mail piece designs, please enter the relevant Quantity of designs needed when ordering this package
