Letterhead Design

A letterhead is a sheet of letter paper with the logo, name, address and registration details of your organisation. It is used for formal correspondence with your customers and suppliers and an excellent opportunity to reinforce your brand in the recipients' minds whilst creating a highly professional image around your company.

As we understand that a lot of communication is done via email using pdf documents these days, we will also replicate our letterhead design in an MS Word or Mac OS Pages document for you.

This service includes:

• In depth telephone consultation
• If not already existent, we will choose the best suited font(s) for your letterhead
• If not already existent, we will choose and recommend a colour scheme in CMYK or Pantone in line with your brand strategy
• Based on your brand strategy and logo we will design and provide you with a totally bespoke single- or double-sided letterhead design, including a continuation sheet design if required
• Up to 2 rounds of changes if deemed necessary
• Provision of high-res print-ready pdf file(s) to printer's specification
• Provision of letterhead replication in MS Word or Mac OS Pages for your electronic documents
