Breadcrumbs or a breadcrumb trail is a navigation aid on your website, that gives users a way to keep track of their location within your website, and allows them to easily navigate back up the levels.

For example, when your site visitors have clicked on an "About Us" page and then on "Management Team", they would see the following "breadcrumbs" at the top of the "Management Team" page: Home > About Us > Management Team.
