Whether you need a contact, enquiry, registration, order, questionnaire or other online form, you need our Web-Form add-on!

Please note that you already get one contact/ enquiry form as part of our website design package. So you will only need this add-on if you wish to have any additional forms on your website.

This service includes:

• In depth telephone consultation
• We will add any number of custom fields, including file upload functionality if desired, into your form to suit your business
• We will customise the layout and appearance of the web form to match your website and branding
• If desired, we will set the form up to allow real-time credit card processing, e.g. in order to process donations or take invoice payments online (You will need a PayPal or Payment Gateway account)
• We can allow your customers to subscribe to one or more of your email campaign lists within web form
• Together with our "Secure Zone" add-on, the form can automatically subscribe your customer to a Secure Zone upon submission of the form
• We can add image verification to your web form to stop spam submissions by bots
• We can customise the landing page your customers see after submitting the form
• We can customise the auto responder email sent to customers after they have submitted the form
• Never miss another enquiry! We can set-up a business workflow for you to automate follow-up, set reminders and escalation rules. Choose to be notified via email and/or SMS
• We will set up the form to also automatically capture and populate every form submission in your customer database that's built into your website, meaning you can find enquiries, registrations etc. all in one place or by customer record!
